Great Shoes and Service

I ordered a pair of size 12 in black, and was informed they were out of stock. The customer service person quickly helped me switch out for a size 13 so I could receive them right away. I'm glad I did as the 13 is just right. If you are in between sizes, get a size up. Very comfortable!

Great looking and fitting shoes

They fit well even with my wide feet and comfortable one small problem the cushion in one of the shoes moves a bit when i remove them a simple push of the finger puts everything back in place keep up the good work

In addition to being beautiful, these flats are sturdily constructed, hardy in all kinds of weather, and comfortable all day. I have worn my flats on the cobbled and ancient Appian Way in Rome, and dusty streets in Port Au Prince. They still look beautiful and are going strong!

Love them, but a bit narrow...

My Patos arrived very quickly and are of high quality. While I do not wear a wide size shoe, I found my Patos canvas sneakers very tight across the top of both feet. A trip to the shoemaker to have them professionally stretched solved my problem. I have received several compliments and inquiries about my Patos.

Sizing notes

Our shoes are made in EU sizes. Use our size chart to find which EU size you are based on your US size. If you already know your EU size, select that one.

How PATOS sizes run: PATOS are slightly narrow and run true to size. If you don't have wide feet, select the size that you normally wear.

If you wear a half size: If you wear a half size, and don't have wide feet, round up to the next size. For example, if you have narrow feet and wear US 7.5, your best fit is likely an 8.

If you have wide feet: If you have wide feet, we suggest buying an entire size up. For example, if you typically wear 7, you should probably get an 8.

If you have wide feet and wear a half size: If you have wide feet and wear a half size, you should round up 1.5 sizes. For example, if you wear 7.5 and have wide feet, we suggest ordering size 9.

If you wear a number of different sizes: If, for example, you wear a 7 in some brands and 8 in others and don't know which one to base your size off of, you should probably go with the larger size.
